Our tech was Mike. He came out on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and recommended the best course of action. We needed a new part which unfortunately was not in stock at the Trane parts store. When it arrived he scheduled the install, showed up on time again and did the job perfectly. AC is blowing ice cold as I type this. Mike was up front about the pricing and there were no surprises when he showed me the bill. Turtley Awesome will be the first place I call when I have AC issues in the future.

Michael just left after doing my unit’s semi-annual maintenance. Terrific job! Explained everything as he conducted it, and answered every single question I had. VERY professional. Arrived in the first 30 mins of the 2-hr window I was scheduled. I provided customer service training for most of my professional career. Michael delivered outstanding service AND VALUE, both courteously and professionally. I unequivocally recommend this service!

My air conditioner went out in 100 degrees temperatures. Turtley’s came out evaluated and priced my situation the day I called. He supplied me with a window air until the new one was installed in record time. I got new HVAC system with good quality and value from a real professional.
